Art journaling is a creative and personal way to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences through words, images, colours, and textures. There are no rules—just a space to express yourself freely, reflect gently, and reconnect with your inner world.

What to expect:
You'll have access to a cosy, calm space and a wide range of art materials, so you don’t need to bring anything. During each session, I’ll share simple art demos to spark inspiration—you’re free to follow along or go your own way.
In each class, I’ll guide you through a variety of art journaling techniques to spark your creativity and help you explore your own unique style. You’ll have access to all the materials you need, and each session will include a hands-on demonstration of different approaches such as:

Option 1: Weekly Morning Sessions - Tuesday mornings 10:00-11:00
